WHAT IS YOUR ROLE?

‘I’m like a doctor that checks on the financial blood through the veins of SowiesoHelder. By doing so I get to be involved in all the facets of the agency. It is fun to see how diverse teams cooperate. Besides my financial tasks, I also have a supporting role when it comes to HR and offices related tasks. Think of contract extensions and looking after orders. And making sure there is enough coffee. Otherwise, SowiesoHelder can’t operate...’

 

HOW DO YOU MAKE IT MATTER?

‘People often tell me that arranging things is in my nature. And that I always do so with a human approach. This is something I pay attention to because I think the human factor is very important in the contact with colleagues, clients and suppliers. And I notice it makes the agency run smoothly.’

 

WHAT ARE YOU WORKING ON AT THE MOMENT?

‘Every day all incoming and outgoing invoices are handled, which is something that you are continuously busy with to make the cash flow continue. Now, we are busy with closing the financial year 2020. This is something that asks a bit more attention from us. during December and January. Next to that we also prepare the administrative and office matters as well as possible to start the new year off the right foot.’
